Gallery: Huskers Get Game-One Win Over Rutgers
Nebraska scores eight to begin the baseball series with the Scarlet Knights.

Friday's game was tied at five in the second inning and remained that way until the Huskers took a 7-5 lead in the fifth. Nebraska added an insurance run in the eighth to seal the victory. Will Walsh earned the win after pitching five innings, while Luke Broderick recorded his first save of the season. The series continues Saturday afternoon at Hawks Field.
