Ohio State Basketball Eyes Central Michigan Transfer

In this story:
The Ohio State Buckeyes are just four days removed from their Big Ten Tournament exit and season end against Purdue.
Assistant coach Mike Netti said on 97.1 The Fan Monday that it's "important" to take time off to mentally and physically recharge. Head coach Chris Holtmann must've not gotten the memo.
For the second-consecutive day, Ohio State has been in contact with a transfer, and the latest the Buckeyes' program has reached out to is Central Michigan guard Kevin Miller, according to Stockrisers. Other teams that have expressed interest in Miller are Arkansas, North Carolina State, Wake Forest, South Carolina, Loyola Marymount, Richmond, Saint Louis, Akron, Utah Valley, Ohio and more.

Averaged 18.5 points and 5.3 assists.
The Chicago native entered the transfer portal on March 6 after being limited to just four games a season ago due to a back injury that held him out for the final three months of the season.
The preseason Second Team All-MAC selection looked well on his way to building off his freshman campaign in which he averaged 13.1 points per game, scoring 74 points in 140 minutes of play.
Miller shot 43.4 percent from the field, 36.1 percent from deep and 77.8 percent from the free throw line in his 34-game Chippewa career.
If he joins the Buckeyes for next season, the 6-0, 165-pound point guard would provide a nice complement to Bruce Thornton, who rounded into form by the end of the year averaging 16.4 points per game across the final eight games.
Other Ohio State transfer targets announced Tuesday were Louisville forward Kamari Lands and Towson guard Nicolas Timberlake.
