Fast Rising Defensive Back Out of Georgia Reacts to Tennessee Offer

In this story:
Tennessee has already become a hot topic for top 2028 prospects all around the country. The Volunteers recently offered Quinn Pollock, a defensive back out of Georgia, and he is excited to learn more about the Volunteers.
Pollock recently wrapped up his sophomore season of high school. He played at Landmark Christian School in Georgia, where he played both sides of the ball. As a receiver, he caught 16 passes for 212 yards and a touchdown. As a defensive back, he recorded four pass deflections, one forced fumble, and 43 total tackles.
College football recruiting analyst Tom Lemming described Pollock as a “ballhawk, with excellent footwork, physicality, and technique.”
He spoke with Vols on SI about his recent offer from Tennessee.
Quinn Pollock Reacts to Tennessee Offer

Pollock has received a ton of offers over the last few weeks from the likes of Auburn, Florida, Ole Miss, and more. Still, when the Volunteers told him that they were offering him, it stood out amongst the rest.
“I was super proud, and I felt blessed to receive the offer and attention that I have been praying for.”
Upon receiving the offer, he is already looking into taking a deeper look at Tennessee.
“I am interested in learning more about the coaching staff, the offensive and defensive systems, the campus and facilities, and the academic support for athletes.”
Quinn is not the only football star in the family; in fact, he has an identical twin brother, Cole, who also received an offer from Tennessee. As the two have grown up together, their bond has only strengthened, and receiving offers together is just the beginning.
“We are best friends and have shared everything in life. It is our goal to go to the same college and be among the top defensive backs in the country.”
As for off the field, Pollock has a few things that he wants Vols fans to know about Cole and him as people.
“I am 30 seconds older than Cole. We share similar interests like cars, boats, and football. When we are not working towards our football goals, we like spending time at the lake with our family.
The two are transferring to McEachern High School in Georgia for their junior seasons. There, they will compete in a defensive back room with 2027 Tennessee target Nash Johnson and 2028 Volunteers target Casey Barner. Current Tennessee freshman Darryl Rivers attended McEachern as a senior in high school.
