Georgia football wide receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint was arrested on Tuesday on reckless driving and speeding charges, according to media reports. He was booked by the Athens-Clarke Co. (Ga.) Police Department and posted bond less than an hour later.

The senior posted 29 catches for 337 yards and two touchdowns last season and is expected to be a featured piece in Georgia's offense this coming fall.

The wide receiver became the fourth member of the Georgia football team to be arrested on a driving charge this offseason and the fifth since the start of last season.

Most prominently, star defensive tackle Jalen Carter was arrested on March 1 and charged with reckless driving and street racing relating to the incident in January that killed recruiting staffer Chandler LeCroy and offensive lineman Devin Willock.

Carter pled no contest to those charges and was given 12 months probation, a $1,000 fine, 80 hours of community service, and was required to complete a defensive driving course.

Willock's father filed a wrongful death lawsuit seeking $40 million in damages from Georgia and others, including Carter, alleging that he had a history of reckless driving and speeding.

Bulldogs linebacker Jamon Dumas-Johnson was arrested for reckless driving and racing five days prior to the crash that killed Willock and LeCroy.

Wide receiver De'Nylon Morrissette was arrested on multiple driving charges, including a DUI, in May.

Georgia wide receiver RaRa Thomas was also arrested on felony charge of false imprisonment and misdemeanor family battery-violence in late January but those charges were eventually dropped.

Star quarterback Stetson Bennett was arrested shortly after the national championship while training in Dallas on public intoxication charges.
