Video: HBO Releases Trailer for Documentary on UFC Fighter Tatiana Suarez

HBO has released the official trailer for a documentary about unbeaten UFC strawweight Tatiana Suarez and the incredible challenges she’s overcome in her athletic career.

Suarez joined the UFC in 2016 and brought her pro record to 8-0 before she suffered a devastating knee injury that resulted in a layoff of nearly four years.
The California-native successfully returned to the cage last year with a victory against Montana De La Rosa, and last August she scored the biggest victory of her career when she submitted former strawweight queen Jéssica Andrade.

The 33-year-old is no stranger to improbable comebacks considering she injured her neck and was diagnosed with thyroid cancer during the lead up to the 2012 Summer Olympics, and the incredible challenges she's faced are the focus of HBO’s documentary The Unbreakable Tatiana Suarez.

The official trailer for the documentary was released the day after Suarez was forced to pull out of a matchup at UFC 298 with former strawweight title challenger Amanda Lemos, who will now face Mackenzie Dern at the PPV event in Anaheim, CA.
Suarez has already released a statement on Instagram reassuring fans that she won't be out of action for long, and as the #3-ranked UFC strawweight prepares to resume her march towards a title shot fans can look forward to watching The Unbreakable Tatiana Suarez on January 31 on Max.
