IRVINE– Roosevelt erased a 4-1 deficit in the bottom of the seventh inning on Saturday to defeat Los Alamitos 5-4 in the Southern Section Division 1 finals.

Emily Carr hit a three-run single with one out in the bottom of the seventh to win it for the Mustangs. Priscilla Llamas was the winning pitcher.
