LA JOLLA, Calif. -- Mar Vista outfielder Jordan Mahan helped the Mariners build a lead with a two-run double in the third inning and later took over on the mound to help Mar Vista capture their first CIF baseball championship in school history with a 7-3 victory over Olympian on Thursday night.
