MISSION VIEJO, Calif. - Senior running back Lucky Sutton rushed for 232 yards and a touchdown to lead Cathedral Catholic-San Diego to a 33-21 victory over Folsom on Friday night in the CIF State 1-AA championship game at Saddleback College.

Senior quarterback Charlie Mirer, the son of former NFL quarterback Rick Mirer, threw for two touchdowns and had a 28-yard scoring run with 4:29 left that sealed the victory for the Dons.

Cathedral Catholic (12-2) won its third state championship in four tries.
