Despite being on track for his fourth losing season since being hired by the St. Louis Rams in 2012, head coach Jeff Fisher is not at risk of being fired after this season, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.

Rapoport reports that owner Stan Kroenke is completely focused on the teams’ attempted move to Los Angeles and does not want to start from scratch with a new coaching staff.

General manager Les Snead is also expected to be back for the 2016 season.

Report: NFL fee for team relocating to Los Angeles at least $500 million

The Rams have posted a 25–35 record since Fisher took over the team. He has spent all but one season since 1994 as an NFL head coach, 17 of those with the Tennessee Titans/Houston Oilers.

St. Louis (5–8) plays the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6–7) on Sunday.
