TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — On a cloudy Saturday in Tuscaloosa, running back Jase McClellan ran for 156 yards and two touchdowns as the Alabama Crimson Tide defeated Austin Peay 34-0 in Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Bryce Young finished the day completing 75 percent of his passes for 221 yards and two touchdowns, both to Jermaine Burton

The wide receiver had seven catches and a game-high 128 receiving yards.

On the defensive side, Alabama got three takeaways, including interceptions by Kool-Aid McKinstry and Brian Branch.

Among the negatives were three giveaways and Austin Peay sacked Young three times. Meanwhile, the Crimson Tide defense didn't record a sack on the day.

Nevertheless, Alabama left victorious, and will have one more game to play before the regular season comes to a close: the Iron Bowl against Auburn on Saturday. Kickoff for that game will be 2:30 p.m. CT in Tuscaloosa.
