Cincinnati a Slight Betting Favorite Against Kansas in Big 12 Tournament

The Bearcats came back from down 16 points to beat WVU on Tuesday.

CINCINNATI — The Bearcats are slight betting favorites in tomorrow's second-round action against Kansas in the Big 12 Tournament. They opened as one-point underdogs but are now 1.5-point favorites, with a total of 139.5 points.

UPDATE: Cincinnati has moved to a 2.5-point favorite as money pours in on the Cats.

This is uncharted territory for Kansas, who has never been an underdog in a Big 12 Tournament game since Bill Self became head coach in 2003.

It's tough to put much stock into the Jayhawks' betting spread record this season with them missing their top-two scorers in Hunter Dickinson and Kevin McCullar.

Cincinnati is now 15-15-1 against the spread this season after failing to cover against WVU as 8.5-point favorites. Kansas is 3-2 ATS as an underdog.
