Pinging The Portal: Aaron Estrada Picks Alabama, Cal State Fullerton Guard Latrell Wrightsell Jr. Planning UC Visit

In this story:
CINCINNATI — UC basketball has another transfer planning to visit all while a top target picked Alabama as his school choice.
Hofstra wing Aaron Estrada has committed to Alabama after including Cincinnati among his final schools.
The Crimson Tide did enough to get Estrada to commit a week earlier than his scheduled date. He is the two-time reigning CAA Player of the Year and would've been a great volume scorer for Cincinnati.
As for the visit, 247Sports' Travis Branham reports Cal-State Fullerton guard Latrell Wrightsell Jr. (16.3 Pts, 4.5 Reb, 2.4 Ast last season) is visiting Cincinnati.
The first-team 2022-23 All-Big West talent can fill it up from deep (38.3% in 2022-23, 6.3 attempts per game). He can do it from deep distances as well and has a nice midrange game to complement. Off the dribble, catch, and on the run, Wrightsell can score from all angles.
He is visiting Arizona this coming week and is 247Sports' 84th-ranked transfer this cycle. Branham did predict Wrightsell to sign with Alabama.
Cincinnati still has two open roster spots it can fill with Jarrett Hensley entering the portal this week.
CSUF lead guard Latrell Wrightsell Jr showed huge improvement over the course of this season, as his outside shooting #'s finally began to match his elite mid-range and FT% stats.
