Report: Butler Wing Simas Lukosius Transferring to Cincinnati

In this story:
CINCINNATI — UC has found another scoring option to boast in the Big 12. Multiple reports say Butler wing Simas Lukosius (11 Pts, 4 Reb, 2.9 Ast in 2022-23), is transferring to UC.
Lukosius picked the Bearcats over BYU, and Oklahoma State.
The 6-foot-6, 230-pound wing has two years of eligibility left and is On3's 20th-ranked available transfer. The sharpshooter instantly helps replace the shooting of David DeJulius, Landers Nolley II, and Jeremiah Davenport.
Lukosius hit 37% of his threes on 4.9 attempts per game last season in a variety of ways. He can create his triple off the bounce and weave through screens as a deadly player off the catch.
He's a strong playmaker as well who uses his eyes to deceive opponents and open driving lanes.
The wing is a great fit in UC's fast-paced, balanced passing offense.

I’m just sitting here re-watching Simas Lukosius drop 23 pts vs SJU in the final game of the 2022-23 season as I wait for Simas to officially announce he is (fingers crossed) returning to Butler next season…#ButlerWay 🐶🏀 pic.twitter.com/ZV1bqxkDAQ
🇩🇪🇱🇹 Simas Lukošius was at the top of his game against Villanova, leading Butler to a 79-71 win with great accuracy from beyond the arc (5-for-8, now 40.2% on the season) plus assertive and savvy moves attacking off the dribble
