Nick Lachey on Being College GameDay Guest Picker: 'I Live for This Sh--'

College GameDay is in Cincinnati for the first time.

CINCINNATI — ESPN's College GameDay is in Cincinnati for the first time ever.

They'll broadcast from 9-Noon on Saturday morning ahead of the Cincinnati's Homecoming game against Tulsa. UC enters the contest 8-0.

Nick Lachey will be the guest picker on College GameDay. The Cincinnati native is a huge Bearcats fan, but took some heat after it was announced that he would be the guest picker.

Lackey went to Miami University (Oxford), not the University of Cincinnati, which led to some criticism. He took to social media to explain his Bearcats fandom on Friday night.

"Just because I didn't go to school there doesn't mean I'm not a die hard Bearcat fan," Lachey wrote. "Trust me, I live for this sh--! No one is more excited to see GameDay come to Clifton than me."
