The Athletic Ranks Cincinnati Among Five Worst Power Five Football Teams

The Bearcats aren't doing much on the field to dispute the fall.

CINCINNATI — The Athletic revealed its latest full ranking of every FBS team and the Bearcats are near the basement. Cincinnati is ranked 96th nationally, a 10-spot fall from last week.

They are slotted as the fourth-worst Power Five team in the country. UC is only ahead of Virginia (109), Vanderbilt (105), Indiana (102), and Arizona State (97).

Cincinnati's next opponent is arguably the worst team it'll face for the rest of the season. The 2-4 Baylor Bears are ranked 90th nationally.
