How To Watch: 2023 NBA Draft

While names like Victor Wembanyama, Scoot Henderson, and Brandon Miller will draw the eyes of most basketball fans on Thursday night, South Carolina men's basketball fans will be tuning into the 2023 NBA Draft for a different reason, as Columbia native GG Jackson is expected to see his name come off the board at some point tonight. As of yesterday afternoon, most mock drafts seem to have GG Jackson slotted as an early second round pick. While it would be a touch disappointing if the draft were to indeed play out in that fashion, Gamecock fans would still be happy to see truly one of their own realize his NBA dreams.

Jackson one of the more intriguing players in the draft pool this year, as he's renowned for his ability to be high-volume shooter on the offensive end who can both shoot the three and also drive to the basket. While questions loom large regarding how NBA-ready he is, there's no question that Jackson offers a lot of potential for whatever team ends up selecting him.
