The Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship continued on Thursday with the quarterfinal round. Four games were once again on the slate; however, unlike the games on Tuesday and Wednesday, these games were never in question.

The top four seeds in the tournament – Houston, Iowa State, Baylor, and Texas Tech – all received double byes, meaning Thursday’s games were the first games in the tournament for these teams. The extra rest proved beneficial, as all four top seeds not only won their quarterfinal match but did so in double digits.

Friday’s semifinal games are now set. No. 1 Houston takes on No. 4 Texas Tech, and No. 2 Iowa State will play No. 3 Baylor.
