Yorvit Torrealba jumped for joy after Colorado notched the final out in Monday night's NLCS clincher.

After the game NLCS Most Valuable Player Matt Holliday was all smiles with son Jackson.

Amid the celebration Rockies owner Charles K. Monfort hoisted the National League championship trophy.
