Adam Wallach, a Houston season ticket holder has filed a class-action lawsuit against his own team.

Wallach claims the Astros deceptively overcharged fans for season tickets while knowingly engaging in a scheme that has resulted in severe penalties.

The lawsuit wants the team to compensate all season ticket holders for the upcharge in ticket prices from 2017-2020 and to not increase season ticket prices for at least two years. He is also seeking $1 million in damages.
