The Timberwolves' Kevin Love trade to the Cavaliers is official, reports Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski​.

The three-team deal sends Love to the Cavs, Anthony Bennett, Andrew Wiggins and Thaddeus Young to the Timberwolves, and Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, Alexey Shved​ and a 2015 first-round pick to the Philadelphia 76ers.

Cleveland, Minnesota and Philadelphia have completed NBA trade call, source tells Yahoo. Kevin Love has joined LeBron James with the Cavs.

The deal was initially announced earlier in the month, but due to NBA rules, Wiggins could not be traded until 30 days after he signed his contract.
