Watchability Rankings: Best games for week ending in March 13
After another week of impressive wins, Golden State is now 55–5 with just seven road games left on its schedule. The Thunder, meanwhile, are struggling to close games, leaving the door open for the Clippers to make ground on them in the Western Conference playoff race. Let's take a look at the top five NBA games to watch this week.
Wednesday, March 9: Boston vs. Memphis
The Grizzlies have won four of their last five games, scoring over 100 points in each. The wins came against three of the bottom six teams in the Western Conference standings and Memphis will really be put to the test with road games at Cleveland and Boston in a three-day span. The third-place Celtics are riding a four-game winning streak and they'll look to continue their momentum this week.
Wednesday, March 9: Oklahoma City vs. L.A. Clippers
One week after the Clippers defeated the Thunder at the Staples Center, Los Angeles will travel to Oklahoma City for a rematch. The Thunder have lost six of their last eight games, allowing the Clippers to begin closing the gap between third and fourth place in the Western Conference.
Thursday, March 10: L.A. Lakers vs. Cleveland
Somehow the stars never aligned for a Kobe Bryant vs. LeBron James matchup in the Finals, so basketball fans have had to settle for a handful of regular season matchups. The Staples Center will host the last one as the East–leading Cavs travel to face the last-place Lakers. Kobe and LeBron are indisputably two of the best players of their generation and surefire Hall of Famers, combining for five MVP awards and seven NBA championships.

Friday, March 11: Golden State vs. Portland
The Trail Blazers are responsible for the Warriors' most recent loss—a 137–105 rout in Portland in which Damian Lillard (51 points, seven assists and six steals) played like the best guard on the floor. Led by Lillard and C.J. McCollum, Portland has won 14 of its last 17 games. Friday's matchup should be a fun one.
Saturday, March 12: San Antonio vs. Oklahoma City
San Antonio enters the weekend with a 29–0 home record and if the Spurs can beat the Kings and Bulls in the AT&T Center, they'll put their unblemished record to the test against the Thunder. Oklahoma City beat San Antonio 112-106 in the season opener and Saturday brings the first of the three remaining regular season Spurs-Thunder matchups.
