Bears Cut Frank Omiyale and Anthony Adams

The Chicago Bears released lineman Anthony Adams and tackle Frank Omiyale today, according to ProFootballTalk.

This move saves the Bears $2.5 million in cap space, which may allow Chicago to bring in some new talent that could transform both lines.

Omiyale had been removed from the starting lineup early in the 2011 season, playing in 16 games but only starting three. He has played in 54 games during his career and started 32.
