Report: Victor Cruz to sign Giants' restricted free agent tender

Restricted free agent Victor Cruz intends to sign the Giants tender offer of $2.879 million, according to Josina Anderson of ESPN.

Reports had Cruz sitting out the Giants' mandatory minicamp unless he was signed.

He reportedly passed on a more lucrative, longer-term offer of $8 million per year with at least $15 million guaranteed from the Giants.
