Jets' WR Sephen Hill was concussed on the second play of Sunday's game.

New York Jets wideout Stephen Hill has been diagnosed with a concussion, according to head coach Rex Ryan.

Rich Cimini of ESPNNewYork reports that Hill suffered the concussion on the second play of the game on a hit from Tennessee Titans safety Michael Griffin.  Hill, a second-year player out of Georgia Tech, was slow to return to the sideline and was later diagnosed with a concussion.

The injury means that the Jets may be without Hill and fellow starting WR Santonio Holmes next week. Holmes left Sunday's game in the fourth quarter with a hamstring injury, and did not return to the game.
