NBA 2K14 for Xbox One Calls Technical Fouls when the User Swears IRL

This is not a joke: Xbox One's voice and motion activated Kinect system may monitor your language and specifically, in NBA 2K14, call a technical foul if it catches you cursing. Quite a contrast from the unfettered cursing and murdering of GTA 5. Check out this video showing of a guy who got T'd up for his potty mouth (NSFW-language):

Kinect has a motion control camera too, so flipping the bird probably isn't a viable option for expression outrage, either.
