Tampa news station tweets awful Detroit joke, Detroit station responds

The Rays traded David Price to the Tigers today. Price handled the situation well, tweeting a message of thanks to the Tampa fans. The Tampa FOX affiliate was not nearly as gracious, though.

Ha! Poverty! Hilarious! Good thing Florida is such a pristine tropical paradise.

The FOX affiliate in Detroit had spectacular comeback, though.

Because this is the internet, the Tampa station apologized in meme form, which doesn't really convey sincerity.
