It's not clear why, but the YouTube account for Michigan State's mascot posted a video Monday featuring several other Big Ten mascots dancing to Taylor Swift's song "Shake It Off."

Both the title of the video and the description call it a "parody," although nothing is being parodied here; it's just dudes in costumes dancing to a pop song.

It's worth noting, though, that the video only features mascots from eight of the B1G's 14 schools. Illinois, Indiana and Michigan don't have mascots, but the mascots from Maryland, Penn State and Northwestern either didn't get invited or just said, "No thanks."
