@FauxPelini will continue to follow Bo's exploits at Youngstown State

When Bo Pelini was fired from the University of Nebraska in November, many were immediately concerned this would be the end of the popular Twitter parody account @FauxPelini.  

When Bo Pelini was fired from the University of Nebraska in November, many were immediately concerned that this would be the end of the popular Twitter parody account @FauxPelini.

Luckily, after some soul searching, the Chicago-based attorney and Cornhuskers fan who runs the account has decided to keep the Twitter handle active, according to an interview with ESPN.

The anonymous jokester says that Pelini's decision to take the head coaching job at Youngstown State instead of a high profile coordinator's position at a Power 5 school saved the account.

“Faux can live on as the Youngstown State coach and still will remain very interested in events back in Lincoln."

While the Penguins of Youngstown State may now have Bo's full attention, Faux will remain focused mostly on Nebraska, as the author says he does not plan on making much effort to catch the FCS school's games.
