Yulman Stadium is set to host the exciting HBCU Legacy Game on Saturday in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Allstate HBCU Legacy Bowl, presented by the Black College Football Hall of Fame, is a postseason all-star game showcasing the best NFL draft-eligible football players from Historically Black Colleges and Universities. It is broadcast live on NFL Network. More than a football game, the week-long celebration of Black culture, history and a career fair provides invaluable exposure and opportunity for HBCU students. The quarterbacks involved in the game are Aeneas Dennis (Benedict College), Jeremy Moussa (Florida A&M), Davius Richard (North Carolina Central), Donovan Ridick (West Virginia State), Jyron Russell (Edward Waters) and Quinton Williams (Howard).

Darren Butts (Hampton), Latrell Collier (North Carolina Central), Sidney Gibbs (Shaw), Jacorey Howard (Texas Southern), Jarveon Howard (Alcorn State), Irv Mulligan (Jackson State), LaDarius Owens (Texas Southern) and Ian Wheeler (Howard) will be the running backs taking part in the 2024 HBCU Legacy.

Meanwhile, Frank Bentley (Florida Memorial), Taymon Cooke (North Carolina A&T), Corintheus Edmonds (Fort Valley State), Nigel Fitzgerald (Fayetteville State), Keshane Hinckley (Bowie State), Monterio Hunt (Alcorn State), Quinzel Lockhart (Elizabeth City State), R.J. Mobley (Winston-Salem State), Treveyon Pratt (Morgan State), Lyndon Rash (Grambling State), Marcus Riley (Florida A&M), Jah-Marae Sheread (Florida A&M) and Said Sidibe (Virginia Union) will be the wide receivers at the game.
