How to Watch NCAA Wrestling Championships: First Round: Stream Live, TV Channel

The nation's top 330 wrestlers will take to the mat Thursday afternoon to begin their quest at winning a national championship in their respective weight classes at the NCAA Championships.

On Thursday afternoon, the best 330 wrestlers from around the nation will flock to the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri to kick off the NCAA Wrestling Championships. Six sessions will take place over the next three days as the individuals and teams battle it out for a chance to reach the ultimate goal: a national title. The first session will start with pigtail matches, as wrestlers try to make it into their respective brackets. Once those matches are completed, first round competition will begin. Session II will commence on Thursday evening with wrestle-back prelims before wrestle-back first round, second round and consolation rounds take place.

Friday will start with Session III, which will include quarterfinals and wrestle-back second and third rounds. Session IV will begin Friday night with the blood rounds, as the men try to make it out of the consolation side of the bracket to earn All-American status. Consolation fourth round matches will follow with semifinals completing the night. Saturday's Session V will be for all the marbles, as the men wrestle for medal positions before the National Finals take place Saturday night in Session VI.

With the 330 best wrestlers in the country taking the mat, wrestling fans everywhere will be in for a treat over the next three days. Tune in to see which wrestlers are able to make it to the top the podium.
