Georgetown's Isaac Copeland to transfer at end of semester

WASHINGTON (AP) — Georgetown forward Isaac Copeland plans to transfer at the end of the semester.

Coach John Thompson III announced the news Monday.

Copeland, a junior from Raleigh, North Carolina, has appeared in seven games so far this season, with five starts. He is averaging 5.4 points and 3.3 rebounds in 19.6 minutes. In 73 games at Georgetown, he averaged 8.6 points and 4.5 rebounds.
