Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher said Tuesday he "feels very confident" nothing will come of the investigation surrounding autographed Jameis Winston memorabilia, Fox Sports' Bruce Feldman tweeted

FSU's athletic compliance department is investigating a series of alleged Winston autographs certified by James Spence Authentication. James Spence is the company behind the certification of autographs recently linked to suspended Georgia running back Todd Gurley. ESPN.com reported James Spence's website featured more than 950 distinct pieces of memorabilia with Winston's alleged signature.

Collegiate players accepting money for their own autographs constitutes an NCAA violation.

This is the second ongoing investigation involving Winston, who also faces a disciplinary hearing surrounding allegations of sexual assault stemming from a 2012 incident. Winston's lawyer David Cornwell told Sports Illustrated's Pete Thamel Tuesday he is confident Winston won't miss any games due to the disciplinary hearing.

On Tuesday, multiple Las Vegas casinos took Saturday's Florida State-Notre Dame game off the board.
