Ohio State Buckeyes vs. Minnesota Golden Gophers
The No. 8 Ohio State Buckeyes (8-1) play at the Minnesota Golden Gophers (7-2) on Saturday. Ohio State has a seven-game winning streak and will look to move to 6-0 in Big Ten play after beating Michigan State last week. Minnesota beat Iowa last week and has a 4-1 record in conference play.

11/8: Ohio State 49, Michigan State 37
The Buckeyes racked up 568 yards of total offense to top the Spartans. J.T. Barrett completed 16 of 26 passes for 300 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Ohio State offense. Ezekiel Elliott ran for 154 yards and two touchdowns, and Barrett added 86 yards and two scores on the ground. Devin Smith caught six passes for 129 yards and a touchdown.
11/1: Ohio State 55, Illinois 14
Ohio State scored 48 unanswered points to open the game before Illinois scored a five-yard rushing touchdown late in the third quarter. Buckeyes quarterback J.T. Barrett finished with 167 yards and two touchdowns, and tailback Curtis Samuel added 63 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.
10/25: Ohio State 31, Penn State 24 (OT)
Penn State scored 17 unanswered points after halftime to force overtime after allowing Ohio State to score two touchdowns and a field goal in the first half. Buckeyes running back Ezekiel Elliot carried 26 times for 109 yards and a touchdown, and quarterback J.T. Barrett added two rushing scores.
10/18: Ohio State 56, Rutgers 17
The Buckeyes set a school record with their fourth consecutive game scoring 50 or more points. Tight end Nick Vannett caught two touchdown passes, a new career high. Quarterback J.T. Barrett ran for a career-high 107 yards on seven carries.
10/4: Ohio State 52, Maryland 24
J.T. Barrett threw for 267 yards and four touchdowns on 23 pass attempts to spoil Maryland's Big Ten home debut. The Buckeyes gained 533 yards of total offense without committing a turnover. Ohio State's defense created four takeaways and held the Terrapins to just 66 yards rushing.
9/27: Ohio State 50, Cincinnati 28
The Buckeyes amassed 710 yards of total offense in a convincing victory. J.T. Barrett completed 26 of 36 pass attempts for 330 yards and four passing touchdowns and also rushed for 79 yards on 14 carries. Ohio State did not force a turnover defensively, but the Bucks limited Cincinnati to just 70 yards rushing.
9/13: Ohio State 66, Kent State 0
J.T. Barrett tied an Ohio State record with six passing touchdowns while compiling 312 passing yards on 30 pass attempts. Running back Curtis Samuel tallied 100 yards on 15 carries, including two touchdowns, and the Buckeyes outgained the Golden Flashes 628-126.
9/6:Virginia Tech 35, Ohio State 21
The Buckeyes trailed by a 21-7 margin at halftime and were unable to complete a comeback in the second half. Ohio State committed three turnovers in the game and was just 4-for-16 on third down. J.T. Barrett completed just nine of his 29 pass attempts.
8/30: Ohio State 34, Navy 17
Ohio State defeated Navy for its 25th consecutive regular season win. No Buckeyes player attempted more than 12 rushes in the game but Ohio State had 194 yards and a touchdown on the ground, while the defense also produced a touchdown on a 61-yard fumble return by Darron Lee.
Minnesota Golden Gophers
11/8: Minnesota 51, Iowa 14
After falling behind 7-0, Minnesota scored 51 unanswered points to blow out Iowa at home. Mitch Leidner threw four touchdown passes while completing 10 of 13 passes for 138 yards, and Maxx Williams caught five balls for 46 yards and three touchdowns. Leidner led the team with 77 rushing yards as the Gophers piled up 291 rushing yards.
10/25: Illinois 28, Minnesota 24
Mitch Leidner completed 12 of 30 passes for 240 yards, with one interception and one touchdown. He also fumbled late in the fourth quarter with the Gophers in Illinois territory. Minnesota had won its last four meetings with the Illini.
10/18: Minnesota 39, Purdue 38
The Minnesota defense came up with a key fourth-down stop which set the offense up with a short field late in the fourth quarter. Ryan Santoso's 52-yard field goal with 4:59 remaining gave the Gophers a one-point lead. Cedric Thompson intercepted Purdue's Austin Appleby on the ensuing Boilermakers drive and the Gophers were able to run out the rest of the clock.
10/11: Minnesota 24, Northwestern 17
Jalen Myrick's 100-yard kickoff return for a touchdown with 7:19 left to play turned out to be the winning score. Northwestern outgained the Gophers 393-274 and ran 30 more offensive plays. Mitch Leidner completed 10 of 15 passes for 153 yards with one interception. He also ran for 31 yards and two touchdowns.
9/27: Minnesota 30, Michigan 14
Running back David Cobb was phenomenal out of the backfield, rushing for 183 yards on 32 carries. The Minnesota defense forced two Michigan turnovers in the game, including an interception of Shane Morris before he left the game with a concussion. The Golden Gophers held the Wolverines to 171 total yards.
9/20: Minnesota 24, San Jose State 7
Quarterback Chris Streveler went just 1-for-7 for seven yards and an interception in relief of starter Mitch Leidner but ran the ball 18 times for 161 yards and a touchdown. David Cobb carried the ball 34 times for 207 yards and two touchdowns. Minnesota's defense forced five turnovers.
9/13: TCU 30, Minnesota 7
Mitch Leidner threw for 151 yards and three interceptions. The Golden Gophers had just 268 yards of total offense. Minnesota was held scoreless until the fourth quarter.
9/6: Minnesota 35, Middle Tennessee 24
David Cobb ran for a career-high 220 yards and two touchdowns on 29 carries. He became Minnesota's first 200-yard rusher since Amir Pinnix in 2005. Mitch Leidner was injured early in the fourth quarter and replaced by Chris Streveler.
8/28: Minnesota 42, Eastern Illinois 20
Freshman running back Berkley Edwards ran for two touchdowns in his first career game. Mitch Leidner threw one touchdown pass and ran for two touchdowns. Defensive lineman Alex Keith had a sack and recovered two fumbles.
