Pro Football Focus Grades Ivan Pace Jr. Among Top-12 Rookies Through Six NFL Games
CINCINNATI — Former UC football star Ivan Pace Jr. had his role diminished on the Minnesota Vikings this past week but he's still pacing among Pro Football Focus's top graded rookies through six games.
Pace (77.2 overall grade) ranks 12th on the list.
"With the return of Brian Asamoah to the lineup, Pace saw his role significantly reduced this week despite his fantastic start to the season," Mason Cameron wrote. "Even still, Pace managed to contribute whenever called upon. He rushed the passer — his strength this season — only twice, yet he still managed a QB hit."
Pace touts 29 tackles on the season to go with a half-sack and one pass breakup.
