Three-Star 2023 Legacy Cornerback Luke Evans Commits to Cincinnati
CINCINNATI — The weekend of commitments continued with three-star 2023 cornerback Luke Evans out of Chaminade-Madonna Prep (Florida).
According to On3 consensus, Evans is the 401st-ranked player nationally and the 36th-ranked cornerback. He held offers from schools like Penn State, Georgia, and Kentucky but landed on the Bearcats. He follows in the footsteps of his dad Percy, a four-year starter for UC on the defensive line.
The news puts the 2023 UC class at 16 commitments and vaults them into the top-five of 247Sports’s 2023 team rankings. The massive weekend for Luke Fickell & Co. just got even bigger with an eighth commitment.
