A Creepy Clown Is Terrorizing One English Town by Standing Around

Northampton, England residents have been dealing with an unusual new inhabitant since late last week, when a clown started popping up on street corners throughout the town.
While so far the clown has mostly stood waving to passersby, many townsfolk have called for the police to arrest the mysterious, and absolutely terrifying character. One unfortunate Northamptonian reported the clown knocked on her door and offered to paint her window sills, likely preventing that person from ever sleeping again (though apparently that was a different bunch of clowns).
