Researchers cited in the Journal of Sports Science & Medicine tested 25 young adults and found no discernible difference in effect between the Shake Weight and normal dumbbells, delivering yet another crushing blow to the American Dream that you can "get it right and get it tight" by spending $25 and exerting zero effort.
But hey -- you can still look ridiculous using one!
