Oregon shows how Saturday's throwback helmets get built

Oregon revealed its amazing throwback uniforms for the 20th anniversary of "The Pick" against the Washington Huskies and now it is giving us a look at how the helmets get put together.

Since the team has 105 players and there are seemingly endless variations of chin straps and face masks and other customization options, the process can be time consuming. Team equipment manager Ken Farr says the whole build will take upwards of four hours just for one game's helmets.
