KHL player is escorted off ice for fighting, gets in another fight

Damir Ryspaev is a forward for Barys Astana in the KHL, and he apparently has a bit of a temper. 

Here we see him getting into a fight, which is obviously not unusual in a hockey game. But then, as he's being escorted to the penalty box, another opponent must say something to get him riled up, because Ryspaev starts fighting him as well! Then he starts jawing with the opposing bench.

Ryspaev really comes off like a jerk here. Neither guy he fought seemed like a willing participant, given they still had their gloves on.
