Jordan Zimmermann buys Steven Souza Jr. gift card for saving no-hitter

Jordan Zimmermann bought Steven Souza Jr. a Best Buy gift card for saving his no-hitter with a diving catch.

Washington Nationals pitcher Jordan Zimmermann threw a no-hitter on the final day of the 2014 season, and it would not have happened were it not for a diving grab by left fielder Steven Souza Jr. with two outs in the ninth inning. 

Zimmermann was quite grateful for the catch, saying afterwards that the outfielder could have anything he wanted.

It appears all Souza wants to do is go to Best Buy.

On Wednesday, Souza revealed to MLB.com that Zimmerman gave him a Best Buy gift certificate.

"I cannot disclose the amount," Souza said. "He gave a gift certificate to help me out for my house. It was very thoughtful."
