Bowl game gift roundup: Fatheads, video games and watches galore
With bowl season fast approaching it is time for one of college football's great traditions: Reading about all the stuff players and coaches get from the bowl committees.
At the end of each season, Sports Business Daily publishes a list of the items players will receive in gift bags from the various bowl games, with this season's tally reaching $5.4 million across 39 bowls.
At the Quick Lane Bowl in Detroit, players will receive a $250 Best Buy gift card which is great, and custom Fathead made in their own likeness, which is the most awesome thing imaginable.

Other notable gifts include an XBox One at the Military Bowl, a GoPro camera at the Valero Alamo Bowl, and a Fossil watch at seemingly every single bowl game. Honestly check out the list, so many Fossil watches.
Two-thirds of the games also feature a "Gift Suite" where players can go and choose from many options of cool, free stuff.
Student-athletes can receive up to $550 in gifts from the bowl in addition to $400 in gifts from both their school and their team's conference for postseason play.
