Professional athletes all understand the importance of practice, with many going the extra mile after practice to ensure they stay sharper than their opponents on the field of play.

Montreal Canadiens center Alex Galchenyuk gave an example of this extra effort when he was caught on video putting in some short range shooting practice after work that makes him look like he may just be an advanced hockey playing robot.
