Torn over NLCS, Jets WR Brandon Marshall posts odd photoshop

This year’s NLCS between the New York Mets and Chicago Cubs presents a problem for Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall.
The former Chicago Bears wideout is torn when it comes to his rooting interest. So, he took to Twitter to help solve the problem.
Marshall posted two tweets, one to his fans in New York, and one to his fans in Chicago, asking who he should root for. Whichever was retweeted the most would be the winner.
Chicago family, where you at? Help me pick a baseball team. RT if you say Cubs! Taking the team with the most RTs.

Saturday afternoon, Marshall made the call. Mets fans had won the debate, and Marshall would be rooting for them.

Everything was going normally, until two minutes after the announcement, when he posted a photoshopped version of his headshot.

Either Brandon Marshall was just fooled into thinking that blue and orange Yankees hat was a Mets hat, or he is playing an elaborate prank on the entire city.
