The Red Sox reportedly have landed a veteran closer.

Hendriks returned to the mound in May after announcing he’d been diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma in January.

“Like Jimmy V said, ‘Don’t give up. Don’t ever give up.’ And I won’t.”

The three-time All-Star made his season debut on Monday.

The pitcher was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in January and announced he was cancer-free in April.

The closer is readying his return to the mound for the White Sox from stage 4 non-Hodkins lymphoma.
