This news comes after a former student-athlete, Adam Disabato, who was a wrestling captain during his time at Ohio State in the late 80s and early 90s, accused Congressman Jim Jordan of covering up widespread sexual abuse within the program. Disabato accused Jordan of this cover-up during a hearing for House Bill 249 which would waive the statute of limitations when it comes to student victims suing a university on the grounds of sexual misconduct.
