Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson was hit hard by Green Bay Packers linebacker Clay Matthews after Wilson threw his second interception of the day during the NFC Championship Game.
The hit drew a blindside block penalty on Matthews, pushing Green Bay back to its own 44-yard line. In last week's divisional game against the Dallas Cowboys, Matthews had a late hit on Cowboys QB Tony Romo.
Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers would go on to throw his own interception on the next possession, and Wilson would throw his third interception of the game late in the second quarter.
At halftime, Wilson was 2-for-9 for 12 yards, with Green Bay leading 16-0.
