Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy will not practice on Wednesday and his chances of playing on Sunday against the New York Jets do not look good, head coach Rex Ryan told reporters Wednesday.

McCoy was listed as week-to-week with the MCL sprain he sustained in Week 15 against the Washington Redskins.

The running back has missed time as he nursed a hamstring injury and underwent the team’s concussion protocol earlier in the season.

McCoy is in his first season with the Bills. He played in all 16 games in each of his last two years with the Philadelphia Eagles. He has 895 yards and three touchdowns on 203 carries.
