SI's Kalyn Kahler reports from the NFL Scouting Combine, where the NFLPA's proposed CBA will be a back drop for the weekend. In the proposed CBA, marijuana testing and punishment for marijuana use will undergo a shift - reporters have been polling GMs and head coaches throughout the weekend and most say the proposed changes will not have much effect on the way they evaluate players, especially with players who have one positive test.
