Shohei Ohtani shows wife Mamiko rare public affection during World Series parade

The Los Angeles Dodgers had a championship parade in LA for the second year in a row, and for a second time we saw Shohei Ohtani with his wife Mamiko. This time, we saw them have a rare moment of public affection.
Ohtani won his second championship with the Dodgers in as many years after the epic Game 7 win over the Toronto Blue Jays.
The three-time MVP — and possibly four — was already thinking of a third parade on Monday.

He also had a great time at the parade:
Mamiko was there supporting him throughout the playoffs including in Toronto where she stood out in Game 1 with the other WAGs, and then posed for an amazing World Series repeat photo with Chelsea Freeman and Brianna Betts at Game 7.
For Monday’s parade, Mamiko rocked the perfect fit underneath her Dodgers jacket, and had a great time with Shohei on the bus with adoring fans shouting out his name.

He even dissed her in a funny manner when she wanted to take the perfect photo of him smiling. It was that and this rare PDA moment below that we haven’t seen between the Dodgers superstar and his wife before that definitely grabbed our attention.
Here’s another sweet photo of them:

It was a different vibe this year as Mamiko wasn’t lugging around Ohtani’s beloved dog Decoy at the parade like in 2024, and instead just spending it with him.

Monday was a rare look at the couple together after having their daughter in April, who like Decoy, unfortunately wasn’t at the parade either.
