Minnesota tight end Kyle Rudolph will be sidelined for a month with a broken foot, according to Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press.
Rudolph injured his foot while scoring a touchdown in the third quarter of the Vikings loss to the Cowboys on Sunday. The third-year tight end left the game after scoring on the 31-yard catch and run, and the injury was confirmed by coach Leslie Frazier today.
The Vikings are left with John Carlson and Rhett Ellison at the tight end position after the injury. Rudolph led the team with three receiving touchdowns and was second in catches per game.
